Born in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Amanda Bender began her acting career at age 11 in a promotional segment for Nickelodeon. A classically trained actor, Amanda graduated from the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in 2008, having studied under such luminaries as Jimmy Tripp, Ron Burrus, Sam Schact, and Betsy Parrish.

She appeared in numerous stage plays in the New York theatre, including Hermia in A Midsummer’s Night Dream, Phebe in As You Like It, Sherry in Independence, Lead in Neil LaBute’s Medea Redux which was adapted to a short film, made her film debut in the feature film, The Local (2008).

Ms. Bender currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
